Periop Partners started its life as a mobile health services business and then became a health software and technology startup. At the time, we specialised in moving people or items with specialised skills around a geographic region, be it a capital city, a state, or even a hospital! The original software provided allocation of different assets (including employees) into different geographies and allowed booking and payments! We sold to sites in Australia and Hong Kong. Sadly, the startup enjoyed the fate of the majority of startups: national and international sales, even an award for one of its customers, but we couldn’t scale it properly - so it went onto ice.
Out of the ashes came two companies: Gyrilla Investments Group, to help companies efficiently and effectively seek out dilutive and non-dilutive funding through strategy, operations and proper investment preparation; and a refocused Periop Partners: a technology-oriented business advisory firm providing education, consulting and services to grow and scale a small to medium business.
Whilst our original vertical market specialty was healthcare, through the generosity and success of our customers, we help business owners of all industries attain the highest cost savings, efficiency and multiples for their business and, often, their life’s work.
